Selina Prager

Selina Prager is a Registered Nutritionist, Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner and Health Coach who helps women rediscover vitality, confidence and joy through food and lifestyle.Raised between Provence, Greece and West Africa in a family of artists and scientists, all of them food lovers, she combines Mediterranean wisdom with modern nutritional science to create sustainable, evidence-based strategies that help women feel energised, strong, and deeply well - inside and out.

As a personal trainer, I’ve always believed that wellbeing should never be one-size-fits-all. My goal is to create a safe, empowering space where people feel supported — whether they’re recovering from injury, rebuilding confidence, navigating menopause, improving performance, or simply wanting to feel stronger in everyday life.

That’s why I’ve carefully chosen to collaborate with physiotherapist Mattia Zappalà and nutrition and wellbeing practitioner Selina Prager — two professionals I’ve known and trusted for years.
