My approach to training

My approach to training is that I do not judge. I think that everyone has the right to be fit and healthy regardless of their age, background, body size or lifestyle.

I am a people person, and I treat everyone as an individual with unique needs and abilities. I refuse to promise miracles, but I believe that as soon as you make the first step towards improving your health, you will feel better both in your body and your mind.

ONE TO ONE

I care about my clients’ progress, their individual struggles and needs, so nothing beats the connection we have when we are together, when I can guide, correct and encourage my clients in person. Before booking a one to one session, I like to have a chat to get to know my client and to discuss their goals and how we can work around injuries or concerns.

TWO TO ONE

Why not get together for a training session with your best friend or partner? Share the fun, the sweat, and the gains, and encourage each other to keep going. I am always happy to adjust each exercise to everyone’s individual needs or abilities.

Get in touch for a chat and let me know how I can help.

PRIVATE GYM TRAINING

I have access to two private, well equipped gyms, one near Oxford Circus and one in Queen's Park, both new spaces for the exclusive use by personal trainers and their clients. Contact me for more information.

OUTDOOR TRAINING

I believe that training outdoors is beneficial, especially to our mental health and sleep patterns. My own journey to fitness has taught me that  as soon as you start taking care of yourself with regular exercise and more nutritious food, your mental health tends to improve too. I also believe that if you don’t enjoy your fitness, you will not keep it up, so I try to make each session fun and enjoyable whilst still getting the work done.

PRE AND POST NATAL

As a mother, I really understand the importance of creating time for self-care. After all, if YOU are not healthy, who is going to look after the baby? No childcare? No problem! Bring your baby to my classes and fit in some quality playtime while your abs and glutes get some well-deserved attention too. Apart from fresh air and exercise, my top tip for a happy, healthy baby and mum is an afternoon nap for both of you.

There is so much pressure on women to get back in shape after having a baby. The time to start exercising after giving birth is when YOU feel ready.

Let's work together

Do you believe in miracles? I don’t — especially when it comes to fitness results!

I’ll never promise miraculous transformations in just a few weeks.

The truth? The only thing that gives results is consistency — over weeks, months, and yes... for the rest of your life.

But here’s the one thing I can promise: as soon as you start moving, you'll feel better. Immediately.
